Gym & Fitness are the largest supplier of gym and fitness equipment in Australia. They came to Megaphone to leverage our best practice strategies to help effectively manage and scale an already large Facebook ad spend. They wanted to ensure they were able to effectively push individual products and grow their online sales overall and further establish themselves as a market leader.
SOLUTION
With such a vast product range, finding the right products to promote was key. We implemented a 5 stage funnel process in which we simultaneously tested pushing entire product offerings as well as focusing on individual product funnels. We consistently rotated these product funnels so that we could continue to build out new campaigns to test the effectiveness of products, turning off the product campaigns that didn’t generate the return on ad spend desired. In this process, we consistently tested new audiences, creatives and campaign objectives allowing us to get the best possible return.
THE RESULTS
Through constant split testing of ads, audiences, retargeting windows and messaging, along with the use of single product funnels, we consistently identified new opportunities to scale campaigns whilst maintaining profitable returns.
